what is design action? DesignAction.bdg is an event held by Bandung Creative City Forum (BCCF), an independent organization that was established in 2008 by a number of creative communities and individuals in Bandung, whose activities focuses on programs that leave positive footprints in the city. DesignAction.bdg is among the programs that aim to do so; this time by employing the methods of Urban Acupuncture and Design Thinking. DesignAction.bdg is a workshop-conference where participants will be actively involved during their event. Everyone will participate in a two-days workshop and, relevant to the subject of urban mobility, will experience Bandung and its transportation systems and surroundings. The results of this workshop will be formulated as recommendations, which, hopefully, will be realized in the near future.
