          McLaren P1 concept   McLaren P1 konsep –perusahaan pembuat model sepercar – akan membuat gebrakannya di dunia pada Paris motor show minggu depan mengejar untuk memproduksi model ini pada tahun 2013. Imej-imej perdana ini memperlihatkan sisi eksterior yang lebih ekspresif melalui permukaan dan grafik nya dibandung dengan model terdahulunya MP4-12C, dengan motif-motif dibagian tertentu, desain body nya pun seperti berlapis-lapis terutama di bagian struktur karbonnya yang muncul di bagian hidung, belakang dan panel pintu, seperti merujuk pada model F-1. Bagian belakangnya memperlihatkan bagian yang tidak biasa dengan tampilan warna hitam untuk bagian outlet dan diffusers yang di ekspan, kemudian deretan lampu Led sebagai outline nya. BMW i8 konsep lahir dari pendekatan desain yang luar biasa yang mencerminkan visi dari sebuah kendaraan sport berkelanjutan dan modern yang dibuat menjadi nyata. Memangku mesin konsep hybrid yang dikawinkan dengan mesin konsep dari BMW i3 konsep membuat BMW i8 menjadi inovatif. BMW i8 mengkombinasikan mesin i3 yang diletakan untuk memberi tenaga pada roda depan dan mesin 3 silinder pembakaran dengan spesifikasi performa tinggi untuk menopang roda belakang. Untuk spesifikasi mesin elektriknya BMW i8 dilengkapi dengan system pengisian otomatis sehingga kendaraan ini dapat menyimpan dan mengisi listriknya sendiri. KIA Trackster konsep akhirnya muncul pada pameran internasional di Chicago. Tampil dengan nuansa balap, sedan crossover 3 pintu ini merupakan sebuah gambaran besar untuk “soul” generasi berikutnya.     Ferrari invited us to their headquarters in Maranello, Italy to see the work of the seven finalists in their year-long World Design Contest . The contest tasked the students with devising a concept car design with the brief to reduce fuel consumption and the car's overall weight in order to increase driving pleasure. The teams used Autodesk's Alias industrial design software , completing concepts first in renderings before generating 3D models. Each team displayed three different designs. Beating out 299 schools and taking home first place was the Transportation Design team at Seoul's Hongik University , who developed a "hyper efficient" two seat Ferrari. Audi has teamed up with German and Mexican engineering and design students for a project that has resulted in the A0 electric monocycle. Resembling a seated Segway with a hubless wheel, information about this project follows hot on the heels of the Urban Concept, and suggests Audi following the lead of BMW in seriously looking at new ways of improving mobility in cities. Some design is classic. Some design is innovative. And some of the most interesting design seamlessly blends classic styling with innovation. Vizualtech's Bo Zolland specializes in technical illustration and custom design - using modern influences to transform the chassis of cars from new to old. Zolland created a series of renderings of a 1955 Ford Thunderbird for a client.  The car will be built from the body and components of a 2009 Ford Mustang, but will be completely remodeled to resemble the classic lines  of the T-Bird - proving that the reverse can be true: from the new can come the old. - Andrew J Martin
